Through short, accessible daily somatic practices and guided journaling exercises, you’ll learn how to release stress and emotion, so your mind and body can reconnect and find their natural state of balance.
Your nervous system shapes how you think, feel, and experience life—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It communicates through sensation, emotion, and thought—letting you know when something’s off and what it needs to come back to center.
The good news? It also listens.
Because your nervous system is a sensory system, it responds to movement, breath, touch, and environment. That means you can speak back to it in ways that lead you to greater steadiness and trust in yourself. Over time, this becomes a conversation between body and mind.
In this course you'll begin to:
Speak to your nervous system through gentle somatic exercises that create safety, grounding, and release.
Listen to its signals through guided journaling that helps you to interpret what it needs and what it's trying to tell you.
As you reconnect with this inner language, balance becomes your baseline. You feel more centered and present, more able to meet life’s moments with clarity and confidence—and more at home within yourself.

You can do them either in bed or on the floor - the key is making sure you feel both supported and comfortable

A private space where you will feel comfortable - feel free to use blankets, a yoga mat, or your bed.
Some of the exercises utilize a pillow - it will specify in the video notes when you need one.
