for PERSPECTIVE

A short, written piece to help you see yourself and your life more clearly and invite new perspective. This is meant to gently shift how you think or to bring light to something you’re moving through so that you can meet it with more awareness and intention

for REFLECTING

A handful of guided reflections to help you slow down and hear your own voice. The prompts are designed to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to deepen your understanding of yourself and what’s true for you

for MOVING

A body-based (somatic) practice to support your nervous system. These movements help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and create a sense of safety and regulation from the inside out. These movements are simple, and most can even be done in bed!

for RECITING

A mantra to anchor your intention and attention. These are phrases you can use as reminders throughout your day and to serve as something to come back to when your mind starts to spiral or pull you off course
