What You’ll Receive

A private one-on-one collaboration designed to bring your baseline back into balance

  • Each session is a safe, supportive space where we review educational material on topics like:

    • The observer self and conscious awareness

    • Understanding your stress responses

    • Childhood conditioning and patterns

    • Thoughts, feelings, and needs

    • Beliefs and how they shape your choices

    • Physical sensations and nervous system awareness

    • Overcoming fear and taking aligned action

    We will have meaningful discussions about how these topics relate to your experience.

  • Growth happens in the in-between moments. After each session, you’ll receive short, practical reflective and/or somatic practices designed to help you embody the insights from our work together. Each practice takes just a few minutes a day, but over time, they help shift your nervous system, clarify your thinking, and deepen self-trust.

  • If you find yourself stuck, struggling, or confused in between your sessions I am available for email support

  • If you sign up for Life + Alignment coaching, you will receive free access to my somatic video library

  • I use a blend of mind, body, and energy practices that I teach through education, practical application, and collaborative self-reflection.

    In addition to a typical coaching discussion, I integrate somatic work, the nervous system, and human design.

    At the end of your coaching package you will have a plethora of tools to support yourself through all of life’s highs, lows, challenges, and opportunities as well as a new, balanced baseline you can come back to more easily.

  • Everyone is different and has their own goals and starting points, but it generally takes 3-4 months to get through the core mind, body, and energy principles.

    The option exists to continue with 1:1 sessions if you’d like to receive continued support through your healing and growth

    • Chronic stress and anxiety

    • Emotional Reactivity

    • Feeling stuck in life

    • Overwhelm / burnout

    • Behavioral, relational, or emotional patterns you want to break

    • Feeling disconnected from yourself or from life

    • Relationship or other interpersonal difficulties

  • The somatic approach I use is a gentle body-based practice that gives positive feedback to your nervous system and allows your body to release stored tension.

    The gentle movements shift your nervous system out of survival states like fight, flight, freeze, and fawn, build resilience, and expand your capacity so you can feel more grounded, regulated, and connected to your body.

    The somatic practices I teach are quick, easy, and can even be done in bed.

  • Human Design is a system that combines elements of astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, Kabbalah, and modern science to create a personalized map of how your energy naturally works.

    Using your birth date, time, and location, it generates a chart that reveals your natural strengths, decision-making style, and how you are designed to interact with the world.

    The goal isn’t to change who you are, but to help you understand your unique wiring so you can move through life with more ease, alignment, and self-trust.

  • You will likely start to notice a difference after 1-2 months, with some people experiencing results even earlier.

    Many people notice shifts in awareness and regulation very early on with deeper patterns unwinding over time.

    The goal of this coaching program is to empower you with tools you can always use, even after our time working together. The more you embody the teachings and practices, the deeper and longer-lasting your results

  • Yes! If you’re still feeling stuck, dysregulated, or disconnected after the work you’ve done, this is an excellent option for you to deepen your practice and results.

  • Whether you’re a seasoned self-help expert or have no idea where to begin, Life + Alignment coaching will create meaningful shifts for you. No experience necessary!

  • I will offer you somatic or reflective exercises for in between sessions. These only take a few minutes a day and can be done 3-5 days a week.
